Even if you don’t agree with all the moves PRESIDENT OBAMA has made in office, you have to admit he’s shaken things up.  Here’s what I mean:
 

 Recently, Obama appointed a former test pilot and rocket scientist named Amanda Simpson to be his Senior Technical Advisor to the Department of Commerce.  But presidents make appointments all the time.  So why are we talking about THIS one?

Because Amanda used to be a MAN! (Howudoin’)Â

About six years ago, Amanda underwent gender reassignment surgery, and it’s thought she’s the first transgendered person ever to be appointed by a president. 

Amanda says,  “I’m truly honored to have received this appointment and am eager and excited about this opportunity that is before me.”

I’d love to know your thoughts on this.

I want to believe that this isn’t true, but there are some very good points in this documentary. It’s well worth watching. 

David Banner has a lot on his mind and we ALL need to hear it!!!

I’ve been friends with David Banner for about 5 years now. He’s always been one of my favorite people. He reminds a lot of my Grandfather: He’s a kind, generous Southern Black man who will tell you exactly what’s on his mind, whether you’re ready to hear it or not.

I observed Dave’s twitter page (@THEREALBANNER) on Sunday and I noticed that he seemed a little heated. While his posts seemed to touch on a myriad of things, the message I got from them was that he is dissapointed with the state of Black people in America.

David Banner spoke to me for almost 30 minutes about everything, from Chris Brown, Oprah & Steve Harvey, to his feelings on how the Media plays into our insecurities with one another; being devisive all in the name of ratings.
