Booking photos of Rapper T.I. and wife Tameka “Tiny” Cottle were released by the L.A. County Sheriff’s department after the couple was arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop in West Hollywood.

Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies say they pulled over the couple’s $400,000 Maybach along Sunset Blvd. around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday and smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Both were arrested for possession of a controlled substance, ecstacy.

The 29-year-old Grammy-winning rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., served seven months in an Arkansas federal prison and three months in a Georgia halfway house on federal weapons charges and was released in March. He’s still on probation stemming from the prison term, according to TMZ.

He was ordered not to commit another federal, state or local crime while on supervised release, and also ordered not to illegally possess a controlled substance. He was also told to take at least three drug tests after his release and to participate in a drug and alcohol treatment program.

T.I. previously spent time behind bars for drug offenses.

Cottle, 36, was a singer with the 90s girl group Xscape. She married the father of five in late July.

Both were booked at the West Hollywood sheriff’s station and were later released on $10,000 bail each.

T.I. has a key role in the current top box office movie “Takers,” and has a new album, “King Uncaged,” due later this month.

In a recent interview with The Associated Press, T.I. talked about living a more positive life.

“Right now, it’s all about moving forward and just acknowledging the blessing that are here today. … Just moving past the regrets of yesterday – the things that could’ve been done better,” T.I. said in a July interview.

T.I. has had several chart-topping songs, including the number one hits, “Live Your Life” featuring Rihanna, “My Love” with Justin Timberlake and “Whatever You Like.”

KELLY OSBOURNE performed with the PUSSYCAT DOLLS at the Viper Room in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. And she looked pretty good. For real! She’s not my type, but I was shocked at how far she’s come since losing the weight.

It looks like T.I. could both use a copy of my brand-new book, “Common Sense Ain’t Common” Apparently these two idiots got arrested!

Law enforcement sources tell us L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over the multi-platinum selling rapper and his wife in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30PM. Deputies say they smelled marijuana, and after searching the vehicle they arrested T.I. and Tameka.

The couple just got married on July 30 in Miami, and T.I. — real name Clifford Harris Jr. — is on probation after doing seven months in prison on federal weapons charges.

Here’s a newsflash: When you’re a multiplatinum rapper, especially one who was done a lot of jail time over the years, You Might Not Want to Be in Your Maybach Smoking Marijuana!

Many black celebrities think they can do what the rock stars do. Unfortunately you can’t. The police are looking for people who “fit the description.” I am sitting here in shock because you would think that T. I. Would have learned by now! it is never a good look to have the number one movie in America, and then we subsequently arrested for weed METH.

If they arrested Tiny because of season one of “Tiny and Toya”, I could understand. That show is definitely a crime against humanity!

UPDATE: T.I. & TINY WERE RELEASED FROM JAIL TODAY AT 4AM EST

**SECOND UPDATE: IT’S BEING REPORTED THAT THE “CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE” THEY WERE ARRESTED FOR WAS METH!!! WTF?!?!?!?

The new issue of “Vanity Fair” has a LINDSAY LOHAN interview that was conducted BEFORE she went to jail and rehab. Here are some highlights . . .

–Lindsay says she’s ready to turn her life around . . . quote, “I want my career back. I know that I’m a damn good actress, and it’s been my passion since I was a child, and I know that when I care about something, I put 100% and more into it.

–”I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It’s not fun anyway. I don’t care. It’s the same thing every time.”

(–I agree that Lindsay was . . . and probably still is . . . a very promising actress. But when did she ever make a “GREAT” movie? Discuss.)

Lindsay also talks about how she got into all this trouble in the first place . . . quote, “I was irresponsible. And I’m not making excuses.”

But then she does kind of make an excuse . . . saying she started partying at a young age due to a lack of structure . . . quote, “I had structure, and then I lost all the structure in my life.”

“I think a lot of it was because when I was doing my first slew of movies, it was very go-go, and I had a lot of responsibility, and I think just the second I didn’t have [structure] anymore . . . I was 18, 19 . . . with a ton of money.”

Lindsay says she was basically living out her college years . . . although not in college, obviously . . . in the public eye. She says, quote, “I was irresponsible. I was experimenting.

“I was doing certain things that people do 10 times more of when they’re in college.”

She also admits that when she first moved to L.A., the tabloids were her main source of information . . . quote, “I would look up to those girls . . . the Britneys and whatever. And I would be like, I want to be like that.”

Lindsay would also like you to know that, despite what her father says, she never abused prescription drugs . . . quote, “I have no desire to. That’s not who I am.

“I’ve admitted to the things that I’ve done . . . to, you know, dabbling in certain things and trying things ’cause I was young and curious and thought it was like, O.K., ’cause other people were doing it and other people put it in front of me. And I see what happened in my life because of it.”

Lindsay also explains why she missed all those drug counseling sessions that would eventually land her behind bars . . . quote, “I have to support myself. I have to pay for my apartment. I have to pay for food.

“People root for me and say they want me to work, but then everyone’s against me.”

Lindsay would like you to know, by the way, that if she were a guy, she’d be a lot better off right now.

That’s because when MALE celebrities get into the kind of trouble she did, they aren’t punished as severely . . . quote, “They still keep their deals, they still keep their contracts, they still keep their roles, they still get their gigs.”

For someone who wasn’t going to make excuses, Lindsay Lohan sure has a lot of excuses. Let’s rehash her blame list, shall we?

(–Lindsay’s current predicament is the fault of A lack of structure, being young and rich, the tabloids, Britney Spears, people who put drugs in front of her, the parole system that made her attend once-a-week counseling sessions and the fact that she’s a woman in a male-dominated, sexist industry. Did I miss anything???)

Neither MARIAH CAREY nor NICK CANNON will admit that Mariah is pregnant. But Mariah’s candy coating does seem to be thickening lately. And she was spotted recently wearing a MATERNITY DRESS from a company called A Pea in the Pod.

A so-called “source” says Mariah is four months pregnant, and there might be something to that.

Because her rep says, quote, “I spoke to Mariah from Brazil. She is very superstitious . . . and when the time is right for her and Nick to announce something, she will.”

Can somebody please explain to me what the big fat hairy deal is?? Why do people spend half of their lives trying to become celebrities so they can be known by everybody, just to turn around and try to act like all they want is a private life!?!?

This is what people sign up for when they become celebrities! Maybe if Mariah Carey focused more on making a hit than trying to be secretive about her baby, we might give a damn.
